“Since our potluck, I have moved from the family home of 23 years, renovated a townhouse(kitchen still in process) and settled in to a much smaller footprint -including a garden that I can weed in one day instead of one week! All of the transition needed for me to let go of the house, yard, greenhouse, pond, fish, furniture and STUFF was done with PSYCH-K. I am continually amazed at what I hold in my subconscious from my upbringing and life experiences. I am also amazed that once I use PSYCH-K on an issue – it is dealt with, especially the emotions. I feel so much freer and at peace with myself and my life. My life with others is calm as I have learned not to put my values/expectations/experiences on them or their lives. I am also much healthier and am generally sleeping better. I have done some PSYCH-K with friends, my daughter and husband. The PSYCH-K basic course has provided me with life tools that are empowering me to experience my life in a richer, fuller and more meaningful way. It has also created an extra benefit – I seem to be able to connect with others that are also on a similar path!
