Begin with CONCEIVE: the idea, the goal, the dream. When you add BELIEF, particularly belief at the subconscious level of mind, your ability to actualize and ACHIEVE your goals increases exponentially. I’ve seen this over and again with myself and with others. This has become the foundation from which I approach my life, with my family, my clients and even my horses. The results have been phenomenal.

To start with you need the idea, the seed. To be able to answer the questions – what do you want to create… what are your goals and your dreams… how do you want to experience life? This may sound simple, but for many the answers to these questions are often elusive and undefined. Many of us can elaborate on what is not working in our lives, what we don’t want and what we want to get rid of but when we turn the focus around, we often come up blank. Einstein believed that imagination is more important than knowledge so why not follow suit and use yours to define your possibilities and conceptualize your goals and dreams.

Your life is a reflection of your “beliefs.” These beliefs, usually subconscious, are the cumulative effect of life-long programming. As a result of past conditioning, we sometimes think and behave in self-defeating ways. Conscious thoughts can be changed easily by receiving new information: reading a book, having a conversation or seeing the results of your actions. If conscious information was all that was needed, then experiencing success in all areas of life would be easy. However unless changes are made at the subconscious level of mind, repeating undesired behaviours and reactions will likely continue.
Subconscious beliefs have far reaching consequences, both positive and negative, in every aspect of life. They affect moods, relationships, job performance, financial success and even physical health. It is therefore imperative to know how to identify and change beliefs that are limiting you into beliefs that empower you in all areas of life.

When you can conceive what you want to create and believe at the subconscious level of mind that what you want to create is yours, then your dreams and goals come true and the time it takes to achieve them decreases. The more you can conceive and believe, the more quickly you’ll achieve.
